Unfortunately I have the problem that I can't shoot in GTA 5. I have reset all the settings but it doesn't work, it hits but it doesn't want to shoot. If I want to change the key assignment it doesn't work either because only the keyboard characters are shown and my keys is not accepted

Go to armoury crate and calibrate the triggers.
