hello, I’ve been having a very frustrating issue with Armoury Crate. Since I’ve had my Ally X Embedded controller was never an option to add in command center. I wanted to use a controller and it wasn’t working so I found out about this settings. Long story short I used the uninstaller to remove AC I then reinstalled using Ally X AC installer from the drivers and software page.
To my surprise “Embedded controller” became available, however it’s a 50/50 shot that it’ll be in my settings. I turn my Ally X on and open command center and the spot it’s normally in is empty, I restart the Ally and boom it’s there. Literally this happens almost every time now. I boot the settings gone, I restart it shows up again.
I attached two photos showing the time stamp and how after a restart it randomly re appears in my command center.
I’d love to resolve this issue and always have it there. I know plenty of people are having this issue online.
Below I provided as much info as possible. I also recorded the log when it was happening and can send that to support if needed.
