Ea sports FC 24 not working

 Hello, everything was working before, but today I wanted to launch the game, but it sent me to the desktop, I updated everything I could, the game starts but stays on this screen.

An update version 'v31.0.22017.3004' of AMD drivers will be available on 27-10-2023 to solve the problem

Same issue for me, I just bought this to play FC24 on a trip because my steam deck cant play windows games but I can't get this to work on the Ally.

I got the same problem and it is such a shame that this is happening because the Ally is more than capable to run this game smoothly.

Let’s hope that Asus will fix this issue as soon as possible.

I've already dealt with this. You need to go back to these drivers.

Hopefully it is fixed tomorrow otherwise the Ally is going back.

Problem not solved at all,I did all the necessary updates,included the drivers and windows but still stuck at loading screen.

There is a video of another person exprience the same issue,what a big let down by Asus.

The new driver fixed it for me.  Working great now.  Just took a minute or so the first time it launched but great after that.  Thanks for the communication on this issue!
