This just started happening to me recently. I am not sure if it's due to the latest 323 Bios update or some other software update following the bios update.
The command center will occasionally stop responding to touch input. I can still interact with every other thing on Windows Desktop using touch input except for the command center itself. I have to use the D-Pad and hardware buttons to interact with it when this happens.
The only workaround (NOT SOLUTION) I have found so far to avoid completely rebooting the device, is to log out and log in to Windows again. So, this is obviously an Asus background service somewhere that has failed and needed to be restarted on logout/login.
Appreciate if someone from Asus can look into this and fix this so that it doesn't add to the already painful list of issues with the device.
Solved! Go to Solution.

Hi Anbby,
Thanks for reaching out. I have responded to your PM.
Basically, when Command Center stops functioning as expected, the following is observed
1) You can still show / hide Command Center via dedicated button on Ally
2) None of the shortcut items respond to finger (touch) input
3) Volume and Brightness sliders do not respond to finger (touch) input
4) You can still select all of the shortcuts, sliders via joystick/D-Pad and physical buttons on Ally.
5) You have to log out and log in again to fix this.
