Allow us to disable battery charging when docked to TV

Currently when ROG Ally is docked to TV device is constantly charging which is very bad to battery and limit performance on standard charger to 25 watt (some power is used by docking stations for USB and HDMI ports)

Solution:

When we dock ROG Ally then Armoury Crate should ask simple question: 'Do you want charge battery'. If we choose 'no' then battery is not charged and not used at all. Device should be powered only from docking station. This will increase life of our battery. Additionally because energy is not used for charging we can activate 30 watt mode on standard charger because we have enough power for our docking station

It's not "constantly charging".  Lithium battery charge controllers switch to constant voltage mode when the battery is close to full.  As the battery approaches 100%, the charge current drops to zero due to basic electrical physics.  At 100%.  Staying in constant voltage mode at 100%, with zero current flow, does no harm to the battery and does not shorten its life.

Is this work with 80% mode from MyAsus app? I enabled this to protect my battery
