Roge ally 2023 model booting me off online games as Iif internet is off. The internet is fine. I have factory reset and reinstalled. Didn't help. Please help. Edit to add try to turn off a/v to see if it's firewall blocking or booting and task manager won't let me end that process. Not even as an administrator
