MS is sneaky but on a good part it was a resource hog I don't know last time i freshly installed Windows 10 itbm was there anyways today i started over and freshly installed Windows now Intel Turbo Boost 3.0 is gone and can't even install it anymore anyone with this technology of x299 mb ?

Microsoft and Intel have eliminated Intel Turbo Boost 3.0 which can cause security concerns. Latest system versions handle cores without ITBM well
