update BIOS doesn't work (new at this)

I have the following motherboard: ROG STRIX X299-XE GAMING

Whenever I go onto youtube or a streaming service my computer gives me the following error:
80902

I tried to update the BIOS to fix the issue with a USB flashback, but it seemed not to work and I had to unplug.
The next thing I tried was going into the settings and if I remember correctly, turned the Autoclock tuner to manual VS auto.

That seemed to fix the issue and I have no more blue screen, but now youtube videos, for instance, are lagging as well as other parts of my PC.

What else can I do to fix this problem? I think it happened after windows did an auto update last week/2 weeks ago.

If you have an intel core Skylake I advise you the bios 1503. If you have a Skylake refresh the bios 1704.install MEUpdateTool Version 11.11.65.1590 next:

Are you overclock your system? Whea errors is usually sign of unstable system.

No i am not overclocking the system I set it to manual as opposed to auto, so there is no overclocking
