UEFI 1301 issue

I’ve had an issue with booting any 32-bit media with CSM enabled and boot mode set to Legacy Only since updating to 1301.
Issue persists with secure boot disabled and boot set to Other OS. Issue does not occur with UEFI 1102 or earlier.
Disabling Fast Boot also has no effect.
