According to new build of Windows 11 24H2 Insider Preview Build 26052.1000 and Dev build 26052.1100 issue around Microsoft Technical hub link below. There are many ASUS and other vendor DIY system failed to update like this question.

Windows 11 Insider Preview 10.0.26052.1100 (ge_release), Install error - Microsoft Community

After trying and analyzing many time with setup log. 0xc1900101 was from storage driver conflict. I'd found that Samsumg NVME Controller driver was the main cause of these issue. So people must remove its and let use Microsoft Standard NVME Controller driver with more update instead before trying new feature of these builds.
