Hi,
I hope someone can help me.
When I boot my PC after it has been turned off, it always goes straight to error 00.
All I then have to do is hold down the power button, wait for it to shut down and then boot it again and the problem is solved.
However it annoys me a lot so I would like to hear if anyone have encountered this issue or might have a fix for me?
It seems it does not matter if I OC or not.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Agree with @croxy . There are problems with the 3006 bios and x299 boards using certain ram memory modules. Either turn off xmp or reflash the bios to the previous one.
What's your ram model?

Wrathier,
make sure currently installed RAM modules and its frequency must be recommended by the Motherboard manual, Processor also must be compatible by MB .
check all cables connections from the power supply to the MB pins.
POwer supply must be recommended by MB or it should have enough watts say some 1000W if you installed graphics card.
remove all the external devices except keyboard mouse. remove graphics card , keep only one RAM module , make sure Processor Fan should connected .
apply proper thermal paste on top of processor , fix proper recommended heatsink on processor.
