Share pics of your Rampage VI Extreme rig in this thread please. Hands down the best looking board we've ever made, so I'm eager to see how you guys are making use of it.

Could you please post a close-up photo of the vrm block from the top....I would like to see the gaps between the capacitors of the motherboard and the sides of the VRM block....I am thinking of adding a LED strip there to illuminate the VRM block but I don't think I can fit it...

Well can’t get a photo from the top. I can tell you that the block has almost no clearance to the CPU power sockets no different than the stock heatsink and actually more space than a monoblock you probably could sneak one in there on the bottom, maybe the top. Give me a minute and I’ll snap what I can get to. 480 rad with push pull right over top of it.*

I’m the meantime almost done.

OK many thanks to both of you for the photos....

It looks like the top is restricted by the 8 + 4 pin EPS connectors so that leaves the bottom.....

I want to make a plexi diffuser that will house the RGB leds and somehow integrate it to the block so I only need clearance above the copper/nickel block base....
I think I might manage something there and I was planning to use the Adressable RGB strip from the monoblock since it is going to retire...
I also got a second EK Velocity but the D-RGB version this time while the first one is going to another build.

Im not sure if there is a post count limitation in the Phpbb code or not, you have certainly met the time limit.

If it just fails to upload its most likely a size issue. They are pretty liberal with it but images have to be under 2MB and depending on how the photo was taken if you use jpeg which offers a smaller file size it may get rotated 90 degress. Ive gotten so used to this I purposely take photos counting rotated so they upload right as its easier than having to convert to png then downsizing/degrading it as PNG files are about double the size for the same image. Jpeg seems to prefer landscape over portrait but not many PCs that are wider than they are tall so maybe get your girlfriend to cop a pose with your PC to fill the frame......

What's happening with availability of this board?
It's mission impossible to get it in Europe, 20 shops and not single in stock( bt shop says in stock but on site it's unavailable). Some shops have some estimated time, but first was 14.01, now is 8.02.

Asking my wife who has a masters in marketing from an Ivy league school she says its definitely the Omega. They stand more of a chance at selling that at a higher price point if they are not presenting you with an alternative choice for less money. My guess is it will be hard to find a new original R6E now. If I was pressed between a rock and a hard place I think I would either go with the WS Sage or look at other alternatives outside of the ASUS brand.
