This has happened twice now in one week, this time my system wasn't under any heavy load, it also seems random nothing shows in the event viewer, has any one else had this issue and is asus looking into a fix?

I can't be 100% sure but i think it mite be related to a USB issue with the board, i will have to keep testing.

Is this with everything stock?
Why would ASUS be looking into a fix with one report? There were stability issues on the 7980XE chips until UEFI 1002.

Yeah stock or not I've had it on both, no issues so far it seems to be a USB compatibility issue, as it wasn't there in my RVE10.
