Solution Download File then extracting to C:\ME or any folder would you prefer then following step below

Waiting till completed. Exit Windows Admin Command by type exit then restart once.
Hit F2 or DEL to checking ME Firmware Version on BIOS . Almost done.

Thanks for this link but are you sure it is correct? It seems to open page 2 of the X299 ME Firmware thread for me. Your first and last posts within that thread reference Firmware : 11.12.92.2222 [07/02/2022].
