New CPU, new question

Hello

I changed the CPU on a R6E, I did not reset the default options and I redo my OC from the settings I had before (changing what was needed)
Is it good or better to do a "Load default settings" ?

And also, the boot time increased by several seconds (just the CPU changed) but it's not all the time, 1 time out of 2 I think
What options in AUTO are playing on the POST ?
Option to disable for POST to be faster

For the ram, I looked for what corresponded these settings, but I did not find

I would do a Cmos reset just so I was sure to have a fresh start.

A CMOS (button on the back of the MB) or a "Load settings default" in the bios ?

I would use Cmos button myself. When booting into bios after load defaults.

An option on AUTO but which one ?
I think it's an option / values / voltages that changes to some boot / reboot
