Looks like ASUS released the new BIOS 1201 with the new microcode for X299 systems :
Has anyone tried the new Bios ? Is it safe ?
Edit: Sorry, meant to say 1201 is out for X-299 Prime Deluxe.

I'm afraid there are still old Microcode 0200003A on that BIOS buddy. ASUS still use the old 0200003A on 1201 BIOS of prime X299 deluxe.
They must use 02000043 microcode on new revision BIOS that lastest production microcode for all Skylake X SKUs. here.
I did not understand why they are so late to deployed lastest 02000043 microcode which better performance than 0200003A. 😮

Okay, thanks. That is very odd. I believe all the other X299 MOB's are on 1102. Also, the 1201 came out on 3/16. It seems like ASUS has let slip the 1201 coming, but that download does not directly lead to it. Very strange.
