If you want to upgrade to the lates firmware, you have to download the ASM3142MPTool_V1122 tool (here) and the latest 211118_70_02_40.bin firmware (extracted from MS-DOS archive from Station Drivers website (here).

1. Run ASM3142_MPTool.exe as "Administrator".
2. Enter password "Asmedia or asmedia" on ASMEDIA MP Tool windows.
3. Check "Firmware Upgrade Enable" and Check "Firmware Check Enable"
4. Choose the file on package "211118_70_02_40.bin"
5. Press "Start" below to processing.
6. When finish restart Windows 10/11 once to running new firmware.

I don't know if it has something to do with the new firmware, but my Logitech Brio webcam starts up much faster.
