In case of unexpected reboot only. However microcode 0200003A on Skylake X work very well on Core i9 7980XE.
There are no issues of unexpected reboot on my system. 0200002E I had not ever seen before. 0200002B was R6E
original microcode since BIOS 0702.

I haven’t had any unexpected reboots with the new microcode either.
