Today Intel had launch both XEON Cascade Lake W and X together. Both X and W Cascade Lake coming with better optimized for all X299 motherboards.
The XEON W Cascade Lake LGA 2066 support Optane DC persistence memory upto 3TB per system. (Upto 6 x 512GB Optane DC DIMM and 2 x DDR4 Module) for 1 socket SKUs. ( It will support upto 6TB for 2 Socket system.)
For Cascade Lake X first debut the same feature may temporaly not availible yet. However in longterm before EOL Q2 2020 Intel may grant support Optane DIMMs as well.

Hi vmanuelgm , For Cascadelake X and W LGA 2066 all SKUs were STIM same as Core i9 9XXX series. So they're hopeless for deliding them.
Lastest MEI Firmware for X299 PCH was 11.11.65.1590 I'd paired it with Intel ME Driver 1919.14.0.1269 2019-07-05. They're working together smooth.

According to Cascadelake Microarchitect. The VNNI unit consisted on both 256-bit wide port 0 and 1 only. They are support INT16/INT8 data format
on both 256-bit data ports. So the new DL boost code running at the same speed as CPU clock itself. These were bring many overclock headroom for
Cascadelake X/W/SP/D Series CPU than Skylake X/W/SP/D a lot. You can reach 5.0+ GHz via AIO cooling easily due this new DL boost code no need
AVX2 or AVX512 offset at all.

The turbo boost 3.0 is something I don't use cos I push all of my cores to the same frequency. But if these new cpu's have more overclocking headroom, they are welcome!!!
