MFC Mode Override / OS Native Support

What does this option do? Which one to choose? It's located at CPU power management below Intel Speed Shift and I think it is related to that, but neither google nor the users manual held any information at all zero. I'd like to have speed shift enabled and the C-states for maximum power saving and snappiness.

I believe this is for Intel Turbo 3.0 support either controlled by Intel app or by Windows OS

MFC Mode Override allows you to disable the Intel Turbo 3.0 using the Intel utility. With OS Native Support, you need to disable the Windows service for Intel Turbo 3.0.

Sweet thanks! So in MFC Mode Override I can just un-tick TB 3.0 in the utility and it's disabled.
