M.2 NVMe advice

OK I have a rampage vi extreme running intel 9i 11th

The motherboard has one win11 installed on the m.2 card installed on the board . But the riser has never been detected.  Tried everything in the bios. Well I think..

The card were previously installed on a striker amd motherboard with just data on them. Updated bios. Installed latest intel software.  Not helped. Would a clean install of windows help as the previous win11 install was an upgrade but the data and install was previously the amd chipset.  Again I didn't want to lose data on the drive. Previous mother died a death after a glass of red wine fell on it.. Shame I liked my threadripper.  So lost both wine and board.. but some suggestions would be great.

Hi @Mjpuds 👋☺️

1. RAMPAGE VI Extreme didn't support Core i9 11900K ( LGA 2066 couldn't install LGA 1200 CPU at all )

2. RAMPAGE VI Extreme coming with ROG DIMM kit and PCH NVME to install M.2 reseat your M.2 properly then try again.

If your M.2 contains Windows 11 OS placed it on PCH M.2 attachment here

3. AMD chipset or Intel chipset files installed on your M.2 didn't matter, Windows 11 can be detecting then installing support files for your rigs.
