Installing new GPU questions

I've got a Rampage Extreme VI Omega motherboard with an Intel i9-9920X processor and 32 GB of RAM and I just got my hands on an ASUS TUF 3080 ti GPU. Right now I'm running BIOS version 3501 with the default settings and a RTX 2070 GPU. I have a couple of questions before I try to install the new card because I've read there are issues.

1) Do I need to update my BIOS to the most current version for this card to work properly, which is v3701?

2) Right now, CSM is set to "enabled" in the BIOS, so do I need to turn that off to avoid Display Port issues? Can it even be turned off after Windows is already installed?

3) Do I need to set my PCI settings to GEN 3. Right now that's set to "Auto".

4) Do I need to clear CMOS, or just make sure the BIOS is set to default settings before flashing?

5) Lastly, does this motherboard support reBAR? From comments I've read here, maybe not.

2) CSM Disable make Windows GPT partition boot faster.

3) No. Choose auto it will use PCIe 3.0 x 16 by default.

4) No. Only Install latest NVIDIA WHQL driver.

5) Yes. X299 PCH support RE-BAR. But RE-BAR may not bring massive performance gain.

Thanks for the answer. As for RE-BAR, I'm still only using a 2560X1440 monitor, so the new card will hardly bust a sweat until I get a 4K one, so it won't even be needed.

Just out of curiosity, are there any telling reasons for a user to update to BIOS 3701? Everything seems stable on 3501, but if there's a benefit, like more stability or security to updating it, I might go ahead. Another interesting thing I've discovered. I went ahead and disabled CSM. But a side effect is that the resolution in the BIOS screen now matches my monitor's resolution, 2560X1440. Before when it was set to ENABLED, everything was stretched in the BIOS.
