HELP. Nvme Drive no longer working with X299 Strix XE

I recently built a computer using the X299 Strix XE Motherboard with the Samsung 960 Pro M.2 SSD as my boot drive. I installed the UEFI 709 version of Windows and everything was going smoothly until today when I restarted my computer and proceeded to get multiple bsod error's. I've since attempted to re-install windows but have had some issues along the way. I would like to preface that I'm not that experienced with NVME drives or the Bios in general. I've attempted to boot up the usb drive with windows to it being stuck on the Asus Logo. I was able to bypass that when I turn off the CSM, but then my NVME was not recognized during Windows installation. I'm completely lost as in what to do next as I can't reinstall windows. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

CSM disabled, UEFI selected and windows OS or sometimes other OS.
