Discrete Thunderbolt (Asus Thunderbolt EX 3) not working in Asus R6E after update BIOS 3801

The Thunderbolt discrete menu in BIOS>Advanced>Thunderbolt(TM) Configuration does not appear after upgrading the BIOS to 3801. In BIOS 2002 (in my Rampage 6 Extreme = R6E) there was a menu with Discrete Thunderbolt for Asus Thunderbolt EX 3 card that made connection to Thunderbolt devices possible.

As such Razer Core x (Chroma) is not recognized, in fact NO thunderbolt connection can be registered in Intel Thunderbolt Control Center.

Can it be solved in a future BIOS release?

The Thunderbolt controller in Device Manager>System devices does not even appear...and I reinstalled the most recent driver for Asus Thunderbolt EX 3 (discrete) card...

It was functioning fine (the Thunderbolt by Asus EX 3 in Asus R6E motherboard with Razer Core x (Chroma)) with BIOS 2002 - but it did not have REBAR and I have a new video card...

Hope a remedial BIOS will be provided in order to have Thunderbolt connections ...
