Device Manager and 2 Samsung SSD 960 Pro on DIMM port

Been having a lot of crashes with my RE6 and wondering if its driver related.

I'm using latest Samsung NVMe driver 2.3.0.1709 but when I go to device manager drivers are listed differently. Is it something normal?

On the events tab I'm getting

Device SCSI\Disk&Ven_NVMe&Prod_Samsung_SSD_960\5&1e543c3&0&000000 was not migrated due to partial or ambiguous match.

Looks like only the 2TB is not working correctly.
Try uninstalling Samsung drivers and just use the windows native drivers that work just fine. No conceivable difference. Ive been showing this since the 950s. You can run the bench a 100 times and they swap back and forth as to which one slightly edges the other in different areas. Heres two quick ones I ran the other day. Both of these were on a fully populated DIMM.2

Windows native up first.

Both are 2TB disks and changed driver to standard Microsoft one but it still shows the same events and Display name

Simple solution, just deleted the NVMe device from the device manager and restarted.
Now it gets identified correctly. 🙂

Now I'm even more confused.

Connected one drive to DIMM.2 and other one to M.2 port in MB and now windows sees something different and 10G ethernet is not detected by Windows.

Hello,

Did you update the BIOS with ver 1002?
I have the same config. I do not have crashes after BIOS update with version 1002.

Yes. BIOS is 1002. Not sure why I'm having this issues. Do you have the same drives?
