Could be that rom. Sadly they are now soldered instead of in a socket.
I haven't looked in the BIOS for the feature but once upon a time you could copy one to the other, it was somewhere in the same section as where you can save it.
If BIOS 2 works but the flashback works on neither either the USB, its format, the file name or most commonly made mistake.......stick not in the USB port labeled bios.
Also make sure all other ports have nothing plugged into them.
When in BIOS 2 did you pull up the EZ flash and look for the BIOS image from there? You dont have to flash it to look. Before you even look at the file you will have to select the source. If the source isnt shown then its not seeing the USB device. Always best to use smaller sticks too, 8GB or less.

When you cleared CMOS was the board fully disconnected...i.e PSU power off?

To clear CMOS, turn off PSU and wait for all lights to go out. Then press clear CMOS button for two seconds.
For BIOS flashback you must have the PSU connected and on (but PC off of course).
I didn't know you could not copy BIOS 2 to BIOS 1...they must have removed that for some reason.
Yes, pendrive is same as USB stick. Try the diskpart method on your USB.
Oh, and no Caipiriñas before the flash...only after 😉

Hi again all and Sorry for Late reply was a little busy
and shout out to you arne and justinThyme and the other Friends and great guys here Thank you For helping me during this to Solve the issue with Bios Flashback finally that day
i formated one of my usb2 sticks with that "diskpart commands" through cmd and Unplugged everything from IO tuned off the system Cleared CMOS turned off the psu and turned it on back again and put the usb into the BIOS flashback port hold it for 3 seconds and O MY GOD Finally in my life i could Bios Flashback successfuly on an asus rampage board and the flashback LED started to flashing and blinking and didnt go Solid and at the same time bios#1 yellow/orange LED on the board was Flashing too during the process and it took like 1minute and then it finished and the LED turned off i started the pc and Bam after 4 necessary restarts of the system my BIOS#1 did came back to life again ( i picked bios 1401 btw but i will change it to another version or latest one)
ps:i should add that i already tried formatting my usbs with some softwares but NON of them was as helpful as diskpart commands through cmd so if you had this issue you should go with cmd commands on this one and hey be aware of that " RUFUS " software which is used to make bootable usbs for windows installation it will RUIN your usb sticks for this bios flashback and many usb players. and yes the caiprinas was for the after:cool:;)and ofcourse BIOS 2 to BIOS 1 or BIOS 1 to BIOS 2 doesnt exist on asus side 😐 they should do something about it.
NOW im working on stablizing my 4x8GB F43600-CL16 modules on this Rampage VI APEX for 4000mhz 17-17-17 or 16-18-18 or 16-17-16 or 17-18-18 EVEN 18-18-18 18-19-19 for HCI MEMTEST 24/7 WHILE THE "CACHE "FEREQUENCY IS ALSO SET TO 3200 i still cant stablize it at that level i dont know if my RAMs (3600-CL16) are the issue or my CPU IMC and which one is limiting me but we know for sure that the 3200 cl 14 kits and 3600 cl 15 kits or 4133 Cl-17 kits have the best b-dies within better than my 3600-cl16 so any advise or suggestion on stablizing 4x8GB single sided 3600-cl16 for HCI MEMTEST 24/7 would be so much appreciated from dear friends and tell me about your case and what frequency and timing have you stabled your skylakeX+Rampage VI APEX for 24/7 (also im delieding the cpu 7820X this week so hopes that will help me)
this thread @overclock.net is a 24/7 memory stability thread which has skylakeX 32GB memtest stability Table also , i have set and tried all kindsof voltages like them but no goal 😞 https://www.overclock.net/forum/5-intel-cpus/1569364-official-intel-ddr4-24-7-memory-stability-threa...

Yeah, I had forgotten that...thinking about it that might have been gone from my RV10E...didn't make a comeback I see...still doesn't make sense to me but there it is...I kind of hope there is some engineering reason behind it...
I think I forgot that with the shock of finding my Zenith Extreme didn't have dual BIOS
