Bios 1704 ME Firmware Not Updating ?

This is for the Asus Rampage VI Extreme motherboard, I updated the bios today (24-02-2019) to 1704 it mentions under this bios
"Updated ME FW to ver. 11.11.60.1561" But this is not the case after I flashed bios to 1704 in my bios the ME FW is still the old one showing ? Has anyone else had this issue? Am also noticing after this bios 1704 my Windows 10 sometimes just freezes the mouse cursor doesn't move even the keyboard buttons don't respond and I have to press the shut down button.
