How to update the Bios on your Mainboard. It will only work with the BIOS Flashback USB Slot on the back of your motherbaord.

1. Insert the USB Stick with the bios (formatted as FAT32) into the "BIOS" slot

2. Hold BIOS Button until it starts blinking

3. Wait until the BIOS button stops blinking

Am I missing something? Have downloaded the BIOS file 4 times for R6EE.
File is on the root of 2 different USB drives formatted to FAT32 that I have tried and the bios is named R6EE.CAP.
Bios flashback fails to work and EZflash says this is not a BIOS file.
Running Windows 10 and 1 bios is 0901 and bios 2 is 1301.
Cannot update either.

Think I am giving up for a bit on trying to update the BIOS.
Not my first time updating the BIOS on this board and for some reason It will not let me update from 1301 to 1403.
Even tried using the official download from Asus and it just fails using Bios Flashback and Ezflash3 just says that the R6EE.CAP file is not a proper BIOS.
Have tried 4 different USB sticks, have tried the "BIOS" port and other ports as well.
Yes it is an R6EE and I am downloading the bios files for an R6EE.
I am on Windows 10 but I really do not think that should matter for updating a BIOS as that should not be dependent on the OS.

Well I did not do anything different but somehow it just started working and got both BIOS chips updated to 1401 with one chip flashed with modded 1401.

You have to load optimised deafults and then use bios button. Had the same thing on R6EE.
