Well it should since it's just the same Windows 10 with a different skin/layout.

I just run the check and it says that I need a TPM 2.0 Module!

Do we need to buy that card to run Windows 11? I am on Rampage VI Extreme

No. Final build will detect what systems is oem ecosystem or d.i.y. system automatically.

My rig above was R6E

If you want to go testing Windows 11 like me.
Go to UEFI BIOS menu "Advance".
Select PCH Firmware configuration then
" Enable " PTT section once.
( Intel platforms trust technology aka TPM 2.0 compatible )

Make sure you're running W10 GPT with secure boot setting.

Final disable CSM module then hit F10 save setting and exit.

Your R6E will be rock like me.

Just keep in mind this is still under development.
I didnt download the leak and dont do MSDN license any longer.
It will be released to windows insiders next week with a strong caution to NOT use it on production machines or anything you want to be stable. Thats why they have the insiders program. I intend to download it on a rig I dont use every day and provide feedback to whatever I run into. There were plenty with Win 10 launch and about every major update since. Just be patient and dont jump on it the first chance you get until its released for upgrade to the public, at least then a lot of bugs are worked out, not all but a lot.

One other thing that you will see a ton of posts about all of the sudden it TPM keys. Most recent MOBO have them onboard and they just need to be enabled. Weird requirement but its there none the less. No TPM no windows 11.
