XG Station Pro stuck at detecting

My new XG Station Pro, most of the times when I boot my PC gets stuck at "Detecting". It does not get detected, and when I restart the system again, it gets detected after a while. It happens almost every time. What can be the reason?

For as long as this took to roll out, like 2 years after it was promised I dont think they ever got it right.
