Hey fellow ROG Members,

I just finished creating a full custum Republic of Gamers Theme for my Rigg.

I call it: the Win ROG theme

I have turned the standard theme of the operating system of my Gaming Rigg into a complete Asus Republic of Gamers theme! The Boot Skin, the Welcome Screen, the Wallpapers and even my Win Start button.

Thought would be nice to share it so I made this movie featuring my boot Win ROG System !

Hope you like it. It was a pretty time consuming job, but a lot of fun to do! 😮

Please Rate or leave a comment!

ps I will also post a movie showing the Windows 7 ROG Boot skin seperately.

I finally got all needed tools together, everything is included:
1. A How to in a PDF-File
2. The program needed to change the Win Boot Logo
3. My customized Win ROG Boot Logo
4. An example of my Bootskin (Texts)

So here is the first file:

This is the second file:

Here are the Still Shots needed for the Animation, they are splitted in 2 Zip Files
(couldn't get it uploaded on ROG site in 1 file)

These 2 Zip files Should be unzipped in one Folder!! Otherwise it wil not Work! So it has to be a folder containing all 106 .jpg files

Here is the file containing an example of the Bootskin:

If anything doens't work properly or you have questions, just let me know!

Enjoy! 😄

Hey Guys,

Thanks. I've been working on doing something similar to this, but have been having a heck of a time getting the theme or the hacks right.

A couple of questions... I downloaded the files and will do the changes tonight. Is there anyplace special to put the photo file on the drive to have the boot access them or does it really matter as long as they are on the boot drive somewhere? Will this slow down the boot any?
Thanks again for your work!

With the picture files on youre disc you run the program: it compiles a win boot file, this does not influence the boot time.

Once you have run the program you can remove / or replace the animation pictures, since it is already compiled in the win system folder!

Let me know if you get it working!
