I send back a motherboard that needs repair to the retailer, they return it to Asus. I've been waiting over a month and neither the retailer will chase it up or find out how much longer I would have to wait, but when I contact Asus they don't let me enquire or chase up the progress as they only deal with the retailer.
Why is motherboard RMA process still this bad? All I want is an update on how much longer it will take!
