which drivers do i need guys?

i just installed a fresh  windows 11 on my pc 

im considering installing the mokichu drivers rather than asus support page drivers.

what do you guys think?

I don't really understand if the MoKiChU user modifies the original drivers of the manufacturers?

Or does it just link to the original versions?
