My 6950x CPU has been gimped for 2 months . I can't overclock the thing on my R5E-Edition 10 board. it's been sitting at 3.5ghz when it is capable of 4.5 all due to the stupid intel microcode update that windows handed out with the KB4100347 update along with integrating it for the 1809 windows 10 update.
Other board manufacturers have already gotten a fix....we're still waiting ASUS....
