USB 3.0 does not work properly

Hello ,

I have an Asus maximus vii impact Z97, this motherboard has six usb 3.0 ports but only two work at that speed, the others work at 2.0 speed.
I have tried a bios flash and installed the chipset drivers but it does not work...
