i send the report these morning. not only that. my new crate stop working. no idea why. apply some fix put it to work but is reading tuff (oragne) board. not ROG (red)

hi everyone! there's an issue with asus aura and my new tuf gaming m5 mouse. sometimes it (mouse) randomly stops working, but lighting still works and even stays in sync with other components. re-plugging the mouse cable helps, but this problem can happen again. also, if i use keyboard to open asus aura and press "refresh" button, mouse starts to work. i'm starting to get dissapointed in asus's products 😞 edit: it seems to be that "rainbow" mode causes this issue (atleast i didn't see this problem on any other modes). in addition to that, "rainbow" seems to be... slow at changing colors? i mean, colors change not that smooth on latest version as it was on older versions.

Thanks for the feedback. I will check that again. since just now i use the fix on 2 machines and they are working. Now. please note, all the machines never use ccleanners or apps like that. i will coordinate another machine on the weekend.

By the way, all my problems came after I updated the BIOS of my motherboard. Maybe related to bios, maybe not, hard to say.*

if you got an Aura motherboard, Aura will do this.

Ok u Talking about a Laptop, what you mean with led stripes? Are build in? And is this a extern Keyboard?

I seen a video that you can control LED strips with Asus sync, the leds are not built-in and the keyboard is part of the laptop but i'm planning on getting an external Keyboard once i raise my laptop to eye levle using a monitor stand:D:D

U can use only Aura if u have a asus rog Laptop or mainboard
