I have tested every version of AURA released and I am convinced ASUS does NOT test the software updates with their hardware ever. Any version of AURA after v1.06.17 used on the R5E10 does NOT work correctly with the motherboard. I don't use any RGB memory so those features do not apply. I am speaking of ASUS Motherboard itself working correctly with Aura.

Please ASUS if you are reading this go and test your updates to AURA on a Rampage V Edition 10 and verify EVERY aspect of the software works as intended. You will find a issue in every release after v1.06.17.

Hi everyone,

ASUS is preparing something new too (UWP : will be app from MS Store) still in Beta so far, whether for motherboards or notebook, it will be called AURA Creator, here is some screenshots :

and with this new software, will you be able to synchronize the HyperX Predator memory sticks with the other aura sync components?

I contacted HyperX about the compatibility problem between AuraSync and the HyperX Predator RAM sticks and this was what they answered:

I'm sorry to hear this. ASUS released new versions of Aura Sync (see 10.07.22, xx.35 and xx.36) to support Crucial Ballistix RGB. When they did this, they accidentally deleted the code to be compatible with HyperX Predator DDR4 RGB. When you use the new versions, you can not apply colors or settings to our DIMMs. ASUS is very aware of the problem, as it is in all its forums. The current version (and the versions prior to xx.22) will not allow any configuration changes in our modules. The only version that works is 1.06.17. I suggest you contact ASUS so they can provide you with Aura Sync See 1.06.17. This version will work with our memory modules.

However, on the part of Asus through facebook, they point out the following:

It's a HyperX problem since Aura Sync recognizes the memos and their Aura Sync states. Also, please check if you have the latest version of Aura Sync downloaded.
Asus does not eliminate compatibility with hardware of partners but on the contrary, the concern is always to increase the number of compatible models and brands

As you suggested, I made Aura's downgrade from version 1.07.60 to 1.06.17
But this time Aura only recognized the motherboard, but not GPU, RAM or ARGB Strip :enojado:

- I hope that Asus finds and has a solution to this compatibility problem in a new version of Aura

Thanks for the update MoKiChU. Do you have a rough release date?

I'm happy to test for you 😄

According to this announcement that software is for X570 MBs and new ROG laptops, so it apparently doesn't work with older B450 and X470 MBs.

lets hope it doesn't start hogging cpu cycles just to change colors. I always find if I use Rainbow the cpu jumps as high as 8% just to run the lightingservice. If change it from Rainbow to standard color cycle the cpu utilization jumps down to below 1%.

I just installed .66 and it looks like it did improve my situation but yes Livedash is has now stopped working. I am also missing my Ryujin 360 AIO pump speed as a monitoring selection and nothing updates when I try to apply monitoring settings to the AIO cooler.

I also applied the new firmware update to the Ryujin 360 so not sure where the messup is with the AIO Pump Speed metric.
InWin 909 Silver RGB build
i9-10900k
ROG Maximus XII Apex
ROG Matrix 2080 ti
Gskill Trident Royal 4400 16g

Everything overclocked and love it.
ROG Awesomeness !!!!
