Hi,
Personally, of all the ASUS software provided I only use AURA Sync (v1.06.17), and Sonic Studio III (which is not produced by ASUS but by A-Volute/Nahimic for ASUS), with latest build 19041.264 of Windows 10 2004, and I have no issue at all, everything works perfectly well (I obviously use the latest drivers/firmware that I offer in my different threads which are all Windows 10 2004 Ready).
Note : I also use the NVIDIA GeForce GPU Game Ready Preview Drivers v450.99 (DCH) with WDDM 2.7, which mainly brings Hardware-Accelerated GPU Scheduling, to enable in the settings of Windows 10 2004 in Settings > System > Display > Graphics settings > Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling :
But the final WDDM 2.7 drivers should not be long (a few days at most). That said the latest WDDM 2.6 drivers (v446.14) work perfectly well with Windows 10 2004, you will just not benefit from the new feature of WDDM 2.7 with Windows 10 2004.

Hi,
It works with NVIDIA drivers WDDM 2.7, as previously explained.
Hi,
You need Realtek Audio Drivers (UAD - ASUS ROG/PRIME/TUF MB) from my UAD drivers thread.
Follow scrupulously your INSTALL process with cleanup step, for the next drivers packages that I would release, you will can directly follow the UPDATE process.
Note (in order to choose correctly the install/update process to use) : You have a ASUS ROG SS3 motherboard.
