Unable to register my laptop on ROG Elite website

Hello,

I just bought ROG GX650RX laptop. Im unable to register this laptop to my rog elite website to get points. Laptop is on listed products but website wont accept it.

Support never replies to ticket. Elite rog email support is silent. Im also reading they are silent for some people (reddit) for 20+ days.

My laptop is registered on Asus website but i didnt get any elite points on asus rog website. (edit: its working and it will take 1-2days for elite points to show up)

Also asus backpack is missing check number and im unable to register on rog elite website. I dont know how to register without check number.

Try logging into Armoury Crate, then at the bottom left click User Center, then click My Profile.

The ROG backpack should have came with a little booklet with the serial number.
