I recently purchased a white ROG Azoth keyboard from a participating reseller at the PAX 2023 event. Upon returning home, I attempted to redeem the e-gift card promotion currently active on (https://www.asus.com/au/events/infoM/activity_4279). To my dismay, every single attempt to input my keyboard's serial number was met with an error message indicating the number isn't recognized. I've made multiple efforts to contact the event organizers via their designated email, yet received utter silence in return. Furthermore, the customer support team's response was far from helpful, essentially telling me they're unable to assist. I must express my profound frustration and disappointment with Asus's support. It's baffling to face such hurdles in participating in a promotional event that was prominently advertised. My patience is wearing thin, and I expect prompt action. I've attached screenshots for clarity on the issue. I sincerely hope there's a competent staff member here who can address this promptly and adequately.
