I am trying to install windows 10 on my RIVE - I had windows 10 on there since it came out but am getting an error for drivers not found on the windows 10 installation media ...

I have downloaded drivers from the Asus site but they don't work.

Where can I get the drivers for current windows 10 install ?

Hi,

Here are the latest drivers for your motherboard :

- Update your Intel Chipset/Ethernet/MEI/SATA drivers : [DRIVERS] Intel Chipset/Ethernet/MEI/SATA (7x/8x/9x)
- Update your ASMedia SATA drivers : [DRIVERS] ASMedia SATA
- Update your Realtek Audio drivers : [DRIVERS] Realtek Audio (HDA | 7x/8x/9x/1xx) (you need Realtek HD Audio Drivers (HDA - ASUS ROG/PRIME/TUF DTS&RTK). Follow scrupulously the INSTALL process (with cleanup step) of ASUS ROG/PRIME/TUF RTK motherboards category)

Thanks - How can I use these drivers with the windows 10 installation disk?

Guessing you are trying to set up RAID? When the window installation sequence asks you to choose your system drive, there is below the selection box an "install drivers" option. Insert a thumb drive and seach for the folder with your SATA drivers select and it will show the compatible drivers for your systems (usually only one), select and install. Windows should be able to install from there. Then once you have your system booted you can install whichever drivers the Windows install missed.

Hi - having one more go at this in case I missed something before I ebay the lot and upgrade! I have tried each compatible sata driver in the driver set from the post above and not using RAID ... I scrubbed windows for a fresh install and have this issue. Have tried dvd install, bootable usb drive & stick, various disks to install on (SSD & IDE) ... all with same error.
