To All Those Who Didn't Get Call of Duty Black Ops 4 Game Key or Deluxe Version Key

I have filed a BBB Complaint Friday October 10/26/19 with Asus based out of California.

I also sent an email to the CEO of Asus via email support.

I am considering starting a class action law suit against Asus for not providing Call of Duty Black Ops 4 Game Keys or Deluxe Game keys as promised.

If you have been affected by this issue please reply below as i want to understand how many customers Asus has not provided as promise the game key or the correct game key.

I should have received Deluxe version game key as I bought a Asus Maximus XI ROG Hero Call of Duty Black Ops 4 Motherboard and i7-9700k Intel Processor.

I provided all details and evidence regarding my purchase from Microcenter and got just a simple email they are looking into this issue.

BTW I own 2080TI Asus Dual Fan Graphics Card, and have owned many previous Asus products, please assist me in getting the deluxe game key code for Call of Duty Black Ops 4.

Done I have private message'd you all details regarding my claim, I couldn't add an attachment (not sure how) to provide proof of purchase, but I did send all items to promotion team already in a previous email.

Not sure how to redeem that code I am using Battlenet which Activision is now apart of them, code is not working.

The code seems to have more letters than it is showing in the redeem code section of Battlenet.

Bought an Asus RTX 2070 STRIX A8G. I got my promotion key from the dealer.

When I get to step 4, it asks for product and serial number.

This is when I get an error, when I enter serial number and product, it says:
"The Serial Number does not match the Promotion Product. Please check your entry. If the problem persists please contact our support by email: info@asus-promotion.eu"

Made an email to the email above, but haven't gotten any response.

I am also having the same issue, I've triple checked that I am correctly entering the motherboard's serial no. (Maximus XI Hero CoD 4 Edition), but it says that "The Serial Number does not match the Promotion Product". WTH 😞

I am already pissed of by 4 phase VRM issue, and now even redeeming the game requires me to attach 3 proofs of purchase, and still doesn't work in the end.

Have also sent them an email, let's see if I get a response.

sign me up, im stuck in a big ass loop hole when i never even got an asus promo code, if i contact asus about it all i hear is i need to contact the retailer (which is ****ed up) about the promo code that never came in the box, when i contact the retailer they say i need to take it up with asus............ quite possibly the last asus product i ever buy, with a support team like that i dont wanna know about asus

Hi I have also had the same problem can anyone help me out.

I bought a maximus xi formula on the 6th of december and the store never gave me a asus code to redeem balck ops 4 deluxe edition. I have sent multiple emails to asus support and knowbody has helped me to get the code. I was told to email asus support and that they would help me out but know one has.
