Hi. I hope that this is the correct place to post this!

I am having trouble logging in here via the Tapatalk app, but don't have any issues when I log in via any browser.

When trying to use Tapatalk, I enter the same username and password I use to log in using my browser, yet I get a system message telling me that I have entered an invalid username/password.

I am obviously doing something wrong or misunderstanding something but I don't know what!

I use Tapatalk regularly for other forums and don't have this problem.

Can anyone help/advise please?

Tapatalk isn't set up for use on these Forums.

My mistake. I searched the available forums in Tapatalk and it found 'ASUS ROG'. I assumed it was this forum! It certainly explains why I couldn't log in.

Email, not username.

Well, I have tried both username and my email address, but still cannot log in via Tapatalk. It's no big deal as I can obviously log on through my browser, but it would be nice to know why I can't.

Whether it is connected or not but I don't get instant email notifications either.

I think it may have been broken after the forum upgrade.
