Selling my EK block for the 590, advice please?

First of all this isn't a OMG BUY MY STUFF thread, I'm just looking for advice on what price I should list it for since I'm not sure.

Okay so I have an EK full block for the 590 and nickel backplate, and spare mounting kit etc all bought direct from EK and it's going to put it on ebay, what advice would people give?

There's just the block alone on ebay for £110 + p&p which has bidding disabled and only BIN.

I've fully listed it with truthful description etc, but I'm not sure whether to do a BIN of £150 and a starting bid of £100, or just have a BIN of £150, the full kit cost me well over £200 when i bought it direct from EK with shipping and it's all still brand new and sealed.

All of the following is included, so what do you guys think I should charge? any advice would be greatly appreciated, all I want to do is recover what I spent, or as much of as possible.

(also, they don't make that backplate anymore, they're only selling factory second ones with imperfections now.)

This is the description I'm going to use (please suggest extra info that might help me sell it):

You are bidding on a BRAND NEW, EK full card water block for a GTX 590 complete with Nickel back plate.

As you can see by the picture the water kit is BRAND NEW in it's box and never opened, as shown by the picture of the unbroken seal on the graphics card, it is markled as New(other) because the box is not sealed, as I opened it to take pictures for the eBay listing.

This cooler fits on NVIDIA GeForce GTX 590 graphics cards only. This cooler is a guaranteed fit for all major releases of the GTX 590 as they all use the same reference design with the exclusion of the ROG Mars II.

If you are unsure as to whether this block will fit your 590, please visit www.coolingconfigurator.com and at the bottom of the page select your graphics card from the frop down menu's to verify it will fit your card. I have personally looked at all options for the 590 and it fits every card but the ROG Mars II. This includes EVGA, Palit, Point of View, Asus, Gigabyte, Gainward, MSI and Zotac editions of the GTX 590 all of which have guaranteed fit tested by www.coolingconfigurator.com and EK.

If you wish to view the products you are bidding on directly from the manufacturer please visit www.ekwaterblocks.com or follow the links below.

Items shown and included in the sale are;

1x EK Graphics card Mounting / Fitting Kit (http://www.ekwaterblocks.com/shop/mounting-mechanism-fc590-gtx.html)

1x EK FC 590 GTX Water Block (http://www.ekwaterblocks.com/shop/ek-fc590-gtx.html)

1x EK Nickel FC 590 GTX Backplate (http://www.ekwaterblocks.com/shop/ek-fc590-gtx-backplate-nickel-qclass-2.html)*

*(the item shown above in the link for the backplate is not the item you will receive, the item in the link is a factory second with imperfections hence the 'special price', the item you are bidding on is one of the last in the line of the nickel backplates that are fault-free which you can verify by reading the label shown on the wrapping for the backplate included in the sale in the first picture which doesn't include (Qclass2) in the item name, so the backplate you are bidding on is discontinued and no longer available for purchase from EK)

The combined total of the three items ordered direct from EK, with shipping cost me well over £180, and as everything is brand new all I'd like is to get back what I paid for the parts minus shipping.

The well-established manufacturer EK-Waterblocks has again produced excellent quality, a cooler for the GTX 590 graphics cards. The cooler is visually appealing milled in several variations available, boasting excellent features such as very elaborately floor panels or the engraved logo on the lid. The block is fastened with screws M3x8mm screws.

The cooling design ensures even with its wide and narrow channels milled cooling fins on the GPU important component for very high flow rates. A built-in cooler for the voltage converter completes the whole thing back down from. This allows stable operation at extreme summer temperatures, high Overclocking - potential and low noise at once. This cooler is designed for highest demands. The bearing surface of the cooler is flat and polished. The seal between the lid and heat sink made with a durable and fitted gasket.

so a total of 127 euro's if I'm not mistaken? I can't do any calculations out of my head and iI cba to get the calculator. Maybe start it at like 90 euro's (just get a currency converter for pounds :p) I have no idea in all honesty as I've never sold as a bid but just that someone bids and if I like the offer then its theirs.

It was 110 euros for the block, 30 euro's for the backplate and then about 55 euros for shipping to the UK, so 140 euros minus shipping

An update - auction is now up, ended up putting it up at £100 starting bid and £150 buy it now. Since it'll probably be advertising I won't post up the auction link, it's also set to UK only bidders so I'm not sure if anybody non-UK can see it, but if anybody abroad from here is interested let me know and I'm sure I can make an exception 🙂

Auction has 9d 18h left at time of posting. 🙂

Edit: Changed to worldwide, non-UK bidders to contact beforehand 🙂 more audience
