RTX GPU or Game Glitch?

I've went to AC odyssey today and i've got weird flickering black white black in darker areas. Could it be GPU problem or just game? Game was working fine few days ago. Other games are now working perfectly fine. Tested in other games as well as benchmarks. Not overclocked at all. Temps are great. Strix RTX 2080. Attaching video. Main menu got blacked out on sides for some reason. Played this game since mid october and was fine until today.

If it's only happening in Odyssey, it could well be a bug. Perhaps try removing any post processing or AA settings.
