As to your question, unfortunately nobody here is going to be able to place an order for you. The staff here are mostly in technical support or ASUS HQ with no affiliation to retail operations in the Philippines.
I would recommend talking with the local branch and see if they can do anything there. If they don't have a way to do a branch transfer ask if they can process your order and have it shipped to your home or a mail service.
