Rog elite product registration closed below 5000 points of monthly limit

Hello, i wanted to register one of my products and my product registration is marked as "completed". I have a bit over 2000 points so i didn't reach my monthly limit. How can i fix this?

I have tryed the support but nobody answers in Croatia -.-. For company this big this is a disaster that i need to search for days to get for some support.
