I got an email saying that my ROG Elite points will expire, because I haven't logged in for 12 months.

But I logged 2 weeks ago, and again last week.

Can you make sure my points won't expire?

I tried emailing ASUS a week ago, at both eliterewards_support@asus.com, and eliterewards@asus.com, and never got a response.

Ive got nothing from it since its inception. More marketing than anything. lucky to get a cardboard coaster.

You can try bugging ASUS on social media as well.

Thanks are they on Facebook?

I tried calling them, and they said they only answer this type of question via email.

I emailed them over a week ago, no response.

I was hoping this forum would get someone from Asus to look into it.
