Realtek sound driver compability issue

I just newly had to remove the Realtek sound-driver for my stationary ASUS PC since this is terribly slowing down the
"Devices & Printers" and "Network" section in Windows 10. The more devices (phones, bluetooth-devices) I add to
Windows 10, the slower it gets to open. I am now going with the Windows generic sound-driver and totally happy with
both the quality and how fast everything is starting up for me again, no matter how many devices I am adding. I see
many people are having this problem. I just can't keep wonder why Realtek isn't doing anything about this in their
drivers since this has been a known problem for YEARS... Any ideas?

I have the same problem with one of my systems, I think it's a combination of their drivers with poorly programmed software. I'm also using the Windows default WDM drivers and it is definitely a lot faster.

Look for "Manage Your Devices" link to experiment optimal usage on your PC.
It may be just one Bluetooth device messing with your resources.
Bluetooth has limitations and MS is allowing you to manage them per device.
MS WDM driver 'generally' use less resources than those produced by the manufacturer, but that doesn't make WDM drivers superior for the product.
