So anyone whos owned this board around the transition between win8-10 knows the strife.
Its now settled down by and large due to microsoft kicking out its own drivers that properly identify and work for the nic.
Im just poking about to see if anyone knows of updated intel drivers that support this nic?
The reason i ask is I'd like to have access to PRoSet which the microsoft installed drivers dont include.
If i try super old drivers, they install but microsoft just puts the newer (likely superior) drivers over top of which removes the proset again.
Now i realize i can disable windows ability to do so, but before i weigh that decision, id like to see if any other work around exists that includes proset AND newer drivers.
Any way to install proset on their own perhaps?
